Complete Renovation & Contemporary Extension

This 10-month project involved a complete internal renovation and external modernisation of a family home in Chislehurst — a full reconfiguration of the property, with floors, ceilings, and internal walls moved to deliver an entirely new layout finished to an ultra high-end specification.

Complete Structural Transformation

Working closely with MA Studio Architects, the property was fully reconfigured throughout, with a striking contemporary rear extension featuring full-height glazing, a vaulted gable window, and timber cladding.

The exterior was finished with a silicone render system and vertical timber cladding, alongside a complete new slate roof detailed with zinc fascias and soffits and hidden box gutters — giving the whole property a crisp, contemporary finish with no visible guttering to interrupt the roofline.

High-Spec Interior Finishes

Bespoke joinery runs throughout the home — including fitted wardrobes, a floating TV/media wall, and the kitchen — all supplied and fitted by Chamber Furniture, who we've worked closely with across several projects. A statement floating oak staircase anchors the open-plan living space beneath a full-height glazed atrium.

Mechanical & Electrical Upgrade

The property underwent a complete overhaul of all services, including:

• Full rewire

• New central heating and plumbing system

• Underfloor heating throughout

Luxury Bathrooms

Bathrooms feature freestanding baths, twin vanities, and matt black fittings, finished to the same considered, high-end standard as the rest of the home.

Landscaping & External Works

A fully landscaped rear garden with lawn, planting, and a paved terrace beneath a bespoke pergola creates a seamless indoor–outdoor living space, ideal for entertaining.
