The Riverwood project was a complete new build, delivering a modern four-bedroom, three-bathroom home built to a high specification throughout. GT Osborne managed the project in full, from groundworks through to final finishes, ensuring every element reflected the quality and detail our clients expect.

Designed for modern living, the property includes underfloor heating throughout, powered by an air source heat pump system for sustainable efficiency. The interiors were completed to an exceptional standard, blending comfort and contemporary design across all living spaces.

Externally, our team carried out the full landscaping and external works. A new front drive was laid, while the rear garden was transformed with a large patio, designed for entertaining and relaxation. A bespoke external swim spa was also sunk into the patio, creating a luxury feature for year-round use.
