Blackheath | Full House Refurbishment & Extension

The Blackheath SE3 project was a complete and extensive refurbishment, finished in 2025. GT Osborne oversaw every aspect of the build, taking the property back to brickwork and reimagining it with modern systems, bespoke finishes, and exceptional detail throughout.

The transformation included a full rear extension and new roof, creating generous living spaces designed for contemporary family life. With the entire property rewired, replumbed, and fitted with underfloor heating throughout, the home now combines comfort with cutting-edge efficiency.

Externally, both the front and rear gardens were redesigned and landscaped to complement the home’s new aesthetic, while a dedicated gym was constructed at the bottom of the garden, providing additional space for wellbeing and leisure. Inside, parquet wooden flooring and complete decoration tied together the project with elegance and craftsmanship.
